Kevin Bialas is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. He attended the University of New Orleans majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Kevin began his composites career in 1993 working as a lay-up technician for an Atlanta based racecar manufacturer. Kevin worked in motorsport composites for 15 years. His work included projects that won races in the highest level of the sport: the Indy 500 and 24 Hours of Le Mans.
In 2008, Kevin changed focus and accepted a role at Gulfstream Aerospace in their composite tooling department. From there, he started working engineering and management roles with aerospace and industrial composite manufacturers.
In October of 2020, Kevin joined a team of determined industry colleagues to launch Space Coast Composite Processing in the heart of Florida’s Space Coast.
Kevin is General Manager of Space Coast Composite Processing. He communicates directly with customers, handles orders, and manages daily work flow. After graduating from Gwinnett College in 1995, Billy Waits began his career as a machinist for a rapid prototyping and plastics tooling manufacturer. He has spent the past 25 years within the manufacturing fields of industrial, motorsport, VIP aviation, and aerospace.
Over the past 10 years, Billy’s focus has been in composites, holding management and engineering roles within manufacturers of composite components for aviation, as well as, tooling and molds for aerospace.
Billy joined Space Coast Composite Processing in November 2020 as the Engineering and Quality Manager. He is responsible for developing and refining the manufacturing processes, and to continually improve the quality management system.
